We accept returns on Hanger Frames and Blank Canvases for first time customers within 30 days from purchase. Product must be in original condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping. You can package your order back in its original shipping box or you can find a new one. Please email us to let us know you are sending us a return. We will email you our return address with additional instructions. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund (except for any return shipping costs) within 7 business days.

Each set includes four sticks, two that clamp the top of the print/art and two that clamp the bottom. Strong neodymium magnets are embedded into each stick, which securely grip your artwork, but allow you to easily change out the art whenever you want. Your Hanger Frames delivery will include three string options for you to choose from: faux leather cord, brown jute twine, and white cotton twine.
This item is for the HANGER FRAME only. Art prints not included.

Our neodymium magnets are strong enough to hold photo paper, cardstock, canvas, woven fabric, etc. It may not be able to hold thick rigid boards or multi-layer fabrics*. If you experience trouble assembling your Hanger Frames, please reach out to us. We will help you out!

How does it work?
Choose your favorite string to thread through the top frame and double knot at your desired length. Then sandwich your print in between the magnetic Hanger Frames. SNAP! The magnets will grip onto the top and bottom edge of the print. Each order will also include detailed instructions.
What size should I order?
Measure the horizontal width of your print (the vertical length does not matter). We recommend choosing a Hanger Frame that is 1 inch longer than the width of your print. It does not have to be exact – it can be a few inches longer or the same exact size. It just depends on the amount of overhang you desire. We recommend our most popular sizes that are marked with a ★.
How many magnets do the frames have?
Smaller sizes have 2 magnets per stick. Medium sizes have 4 magnets per stick. Long sizes have 6 magnets per stick. We use extra strong 1/2" wide neodymium magnets that are embedded into each wooden stick.
How wide/thick is each piece?
Smaller sticks are 1" tall. Larger sticks are 1.25" tall. Each wood stick is 5/16" thick.
Can it hold a _______?
We guarantee that our magnetic Hanger Frames will hold onto any kind of paper or fabric that is one layer thick and flexible. It can hold cardstock and thick canvas. It cannot hold thick rigid boards or multi-layer fabrics (but check out Quilt Hangers if you have something thick or large).

For one, these were packaged extremely well. I had to use my pocket knife to get them out. I appreciate that sort of care when ordering bar glasses. These are the cutest tiki glasses. They are even better in person. The ceramic itself is gorgeous and they have a nice weight to them. I haven’t decided if I’m going to keep them safe at home or try them out on customers. I’d love to see the guest reaction though because they truly are adorable. If they happen to go on sale I will definitely purchase a second set.

HOWEVER, be advised: 1.The glass globe reservoir is NOT dishwasher safe. Mine cracked after being run in the dishwasher 2. THERE ARE NO REPLACEMENT GLASS RESERVOIRS FOR THIS PRODUCT despite those advertised by Bonnecaze. The advertised replacement globe for this product has a threaded base that is 1/16 inch diameter smaller than the original manufacture globe base and will not screw on to the fountain base. If you crack or break the glass reservoir globe you're SOL!

The hat(lid) does not have a rubber ring/stop and slides on and off too easy. I will probably recommend she leave the hat off when drinking from the cup. Just what I wanted BUT!
These are hard as hell to squeeze together to clamp the towel securely. WoW! is it hard. I couldn't do it the way they arrived. I had to slightly bend the arms so they clamp sooner. OMG are these tough to squeeze together. Once u get the towel secured IT AINT COMMIN OUT! thats for sure. As u can c in the picture the arms of the one on the left has been bent just alittle so the entire clamping area is securing the towel. The one on the right, the arms have been bent ever so slightly so the clamping area actually clamos a towel w/o too much effort. The two clamping areas are not parallel to eachother. I dont know if this is a design flaw or it is intentional but I dont like it because it could cause the towel to rip at the point of contact because u must clamp it hard to achieve a secure fit. OK I'm anal but they are what I wanted and other then my "anal-tude" I'm pleased and do suggect buying these. LoL 😆 Dave C. Stout
